General Terms and Conditions of The Dutch CoffeeBar B.V.

 

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and services entered into and provided by The Dutch CoffeeBar B.V., located in Nissewaard, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us".

 

2. Services

We offer a range of services, including the supply of coffee products, catering staff, and the rental and sale of catering equipment. These services are provided according to the agreed specifications and terms as agreed between us and the customer.

 

3. Orders and Deliveries

Orders can be placed via our website, by email, by telephone or in person. Deliveries take place according to the agreed terms and conditions. Any delays will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.

 

4. Payment

Payment must be made within the agreed term, as stated on the invoice. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge interest and collection costs. All costs related to the collection of amounts due will be borne by the customer.

 

5. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations and changes to orders must be communicated to us in a timely manner and may be subject to cancellation fees or change fees, depending on the circumstances and conditions of the agreement.

 

6. Warranty

We strive for the highest quality in all our products and services. If a product or service does not meet customer expectations, we will do our best to resolve this to your satisfaction.

 

7. Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from or related to the use of our products or services, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part.

 

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where we are located.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change or supplement these general terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms and conditions will become effective upon publication on our website or written notification to the customer.
