General Terms and Conditions of The Dutch CoffeeBar B.V.

  1. Applicability: These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and services entered into and provided by The Dutch CoffeeBar B.V., located in Nissewaard, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us".

  2. Services: We offer a range of services, including the supply of coffee products, hospitality staff, and the rental and sale of hospitality equipment. These services are provided according to the agreed specifications and conditions as agreed upon between us and the customer.

  3. Orders and Deliveries: Orders can be placed via our website, by email, by phone, or in person. Deliveries take place according to the agreed upon terms and conditions. Any delays will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.

  4. Payment: Payment must be made within the agreed upon term, as stated on the invoice. In case of non-payment, we are entitled to charge interest and collection costs. All costs related to the collection of amounts due are borne by the customer.

  5. Cancellation and Changes: Cancellations and changes to orders must be communicated to us in a timely manner and may be subject to cancellation or change fees, depending on the circumstances and terms of the agreement.

  6. Guarantee: We strive for the highest quality in all our products and services. If a product or service does not meet the customer's expectations, we will do our best to resolve this to the customer's satisfaction.

  7. Liability: We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from or related to the use of our products or services, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part.

  8. Applicable Law and Disputes: Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where we are located.

  9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change or supplement these general terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms will come into effect from the moment of publication on our website or written notification to the customer.
